Associate Engineers 

After a year in business, Ngage Studios looking to expand, and are looking for talented people to join us.  Do you think you have what it takes?  Always wanted to work in a professional studio?  Ngage Records might be a great place for you to start!

Most of you have probably heard that you need to start in the music business by getting coffee and cleaning cables.  Then maybe one day you'll be lucky enough to be in the right place, at the right time, and get your shot in front of the board.

We will give you your shot now. 

Show us what you can do.  If your cool, we'll bring you on and let you work with whoever you like.  But there are a few rules: 

First off, you need to know how to use ProTools. 

Its what we use here and we like it, we're not going to use anything else, and don't have any plans to do so any time soon either.  Call us stubborn - thats fine with us becuase it works for us.

2. Be able to bring in new bands.  

We will work out a deal with you for any business you can bring in, but we need to make money to pay the bills so you can record here, so we need to make sure you can cover your costs.

3. Love to record. 

We dont do this for glory, or for buckets of money.  If you have those ideas in your head, then you should probably look elsewhere, becuase those things are not here.  We're a small studio, and we have day jobs as well.  We dont make a living off of this, but still love doing it, so we work nights and weekends to make everyone else's dreams come one step closer to reality.
